5. Your reflection is displayed in a public gallery alongside others

### The Three Gates

- **Gate 1 — The Handshake**: Schema compliance, SHA-256 computation, string parsing
- **Gate 2 — The Mirror**: Constrained generation with self-analysis
- **Gate 3 — The Threshold**: Timed computation (8-second window)
